Privacy policy

Effective date: 4 November 2026. Applies to the game “Code Escape” for Android and iOS (package com.ahmadjondev.codeescape) and to this website.

Summary

Code Escape has no user accounts, no advertising and no chat. Your game progress stays on your device. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. A small amount of technical data is processed by the game engine, by the app stores' purchase systems and by our website host, as described below.

The game

Data stored on your device

Game progress, unlocked cars, in-game money and settings are saved in the game's own storage on your device. We do not receive them. Uninstalling the game removes them from the device; if your phone's own backup is switched on (for example iCloud or Google backup), a copy may remain in your personal backup.

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). We never see your card or bank details. The game uses Unity In-App Purchasing. According to Unity's documentation for Google Play, this component may process purchase history, device identifiers, approximate location (derived from the network), crash logs and diagnostics to deliver and verify purchases; Unity states that this data is encrypted in transit and not used for advertising. Game engine diagnostics

The game is built with Unity. The Unity runtime may send technical information to Unity, such as device model and hardware details, operating system version, an anonymous device identifier, crash reports and performance data, so that problems can be found and fixed.

What the game does not collect

The game does not ask for and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or messages. The game shows no advertising and does not use the advertising ID for advertising or tracking.

This website

No cookies, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no forms or sign-ups.
Fonts, images and scripts are served from this website itself. The page loads nothing from other companies.
If you switch the language, your choice is remembered in your own browser (local storage key ce-lang). It never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
Like any website, our hosting provider processes standard request data (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) to deliver the pages and protect them against abuse.
The App Store and Google Play links on this site, once they exist, lead to Apple's and Google's own pages, which follow their own privacy policies.

Children

Code Escape is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

Because we hold no account or personal profile for you, there is no personal data on our side to delete. You can remove all local game data by uninstalling the game. For data processed by Google Play, Apple or Unity, see their privacy policies.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
